Boot Camps are a outdoor / indoor group fitness program that offers outstanding fitness instructions, nutritional coaching and a large helping of motivation to keep you on track every step of the way! A very intense workout that is action packed, fun and challanging.
Aerobic Kickboxing
Monday - Friday
We use boxing gloves and bags, Ab workouts and have buns of titanium. All in one fun and action packed class. With routines that go from lunges to squats jabs, crosses, hooks, uppercuts, all kinds of kicks and more, you will never be bored with a workout again.

Tai Chi Chuan These classes emphasis a more relaxing workout that benefits all ages and areas of fitness from stretching to toning and relaxation and Martial Arts it’s all up to you which area you want to specialize in.
We'll custom design a program for you to have 2-4 times a week, a fitness and nutritional program (no dieting - you will be eating more frequently, not less).
